"Well seeing as I've never even been to the dorms, I'm gonna trust your better judgment." Gavin replied, giving a slight laugh, before returning to the problem at hand (haha thats like a pun! oh man), namely holding William's hand. He really wanted to, and the more he thought about it, the more he wondered why he shouldn't. People held hands all the time, even if they weren't dating. Sure, those people weren't normally two guys but... just because he wasn't ready to admit he wasn't completely straight didn't mean he couldn't hold his hand. If someone were to ask about it or give him shit about it, he could easily just say he was comfortable about his sexuality enough to do it and that the person was probably questioning his own sexuality just judging by the fact that they were offended by two men holding hands. It didn't necessarily mean anything. He could do it. After biting his lip for a moment, he steeled his nerve, reached out, and took Will's hand in his. This time he didn't let go, he simply kept a hold of it as he walked, and chanced a small smile at him.

Well, Gavin trusted him this time to know where he was going, but hopefully he didn't believe that to be true all of the time. "You might want to make this the only time you trust it," Will said, echoing Gavin's small laugh. It might have seemed like a joke, but it really wasn't. Will normally was the last person you wanted to trust when trying to get somewhere, or trust to do anything really. Once again, it wasn't that he was a bad person at all, he just couldn't remember and couldn't pay attention long enough for really, anything. He didn't want to be that way, but he was. Though, at least Gavin could trust him once. Speaking of Gavin, as Will looked at him, it seemed as though he was racking something through his mind. Will questioned what it could be, but was soon answered when Gavin reached out and took his hand for the second time. Will was shocked at first, but relaxed his hand into Gavin's grip. He blushed faintly, and looked down at the sidewalk with a smile, watching his feet move ahead one at a time. He looked to Gavin and returned his smile, feeling the same tingling in his stomach. It seemed as though Gavin was already getting better at it. But, what if someone was to come upon them? Would Gavin let go? The way it was going now, and the way he acted, caused Will to believe that he would still hold his hand, and that was what he wanted more than everything and anything. They walked with a silence, but not an uncomfortable one, the rest of the way to the large, stone dormitories. "It's just upstairs," Will told him softly, nodding in the direction of the remotely new steps. Their hands were still intertwined, and had been the entire way.
