Will heard Gavin's light laugh, but wasn't going to risk taking the pillow from his face in case it had somehow gotten brighter from the last time he'd so brilliantly checked. He incoherently mumbled under his breath, not actually saying anything, when he heard something that sounded very familiar to Advil being set on the table beside him. He'd risk the light if he could get some Advil his his system. The stuff did wonders. He smiled beneath the pillow as he heard Gavin say that he's shut the blinds. That was helpful, but there was still the natural light that was already going to be in the room that he had to worry about. But, there was Advil! Before he could make a second thought, his choice was made for him as he felt the pillow being lifted from his face. He closed his eyes in a grimace as he waited for the light to attack, but luckily it wasn't so bad. He turned to where he had last heard the Advil being set down, and carefully opened his eyes. "Oh thank god!" he said quickly, before attempting to open the bottle. Either it was his impatience or inability to get it open that was messing with him, but he couldn't seem to get the little lid off. He struggled with it again, before finally getting the arrows lined up and snapping the cap. He poured three into his hand, threw them into his mouth, and chased them after with the orange juice. Once finishing the juice, he sat on the side of the bed and looked up at Gavin. "Hangovers are shit," he said as though he was informing him of it, although Gavin obviously already knew this.

"Yeah, hangovers ARE shit." Gavin agreed pleasantly, before sitting down on the edge of the bed again. "And I'm guessing you have a reaaally bad one. I mean, just a guess." He smirked slightly. "Well... no matter how bad the hangover is, I bet you feel better than you did last night at least. I mean, you sure aren't vomiting." He pointed out. He laughed slightly again. "You treated that Advil like it was the key to like, immortality for the human race." Gavin paused and considered a moment, then shrugged. "But of course, when a hangover is that bad, Advil IS about as important as the key to immortality for the human race."

Will just gave him an annoyed look as Gavin smirked at him. Of course he had a really bad one, did Gavin just have to make it worse? OK, that really was kind of impossible, and Will was just being bitchy, like he often was if it was too early, or he felt like crap. And Gavin was right, at least he wasn't throwing up again. That was not fun, at all. He was surprised he even remembered it. But then again, it was pretty disgusting, and kind of hard to forget. Will gave Gavin a smirk of his own before rolling his eyes, letting out a tiny, under his breath chuckle. "Hey, if it helps this thing, I'm going to get to it as fast as possible. Even if I am kind of incompetent," he said as he continued to smirk. The headache was already dying down, but was still very present.

Gavin's eyes fell on William's smirk, and he surprisingly didn't force himself to look away, despite the little part of his head that registered it as cute. In fact, he actually allowed himself to look him up and down. Of course, his mind made this okay by telling itself that he was just like, letting his eyes wander and he just happened to look at Will. "If you have any bruises or cuts, sorry about that by the way." He remarked. "I wasn't exactly sober when I was getting you hear and I tripped and both dropped you and fell like six times." He grinned sheepishly, then occupied himself with checking his own body over. He had gotten lucky. He now spotted a bruise on one arm and a cut that was beginning to heal on his elbow. He could have probably ended up giving them both concussions, so the bruise and cut were really nothing.

Will narrowed his eyes very sightly in curiosity. Was it just him, or did it seem that Gavin was basically studying his lips. He shrugged it off, it was just his hopeful imagination. That's all it could be, and all it ever would be. Will chuckled lightly and checked himself over as well. He'd been wearing the jacket the night before, so it would have taken any of the scratches, had he gotten any. It was surprising how much leather could withstand. Will checked his knees as well, to discover two small, but new holes in the knees. "Oh," he said with a small laugh. "I guess you couldn't have been very stable," he smiled, before checking down the neck of his shirt to his stomach, where discovered a large purple bruise. He looked at it oddly, before taking the ends of his shirt and lifting it up halfway. He laughed at the bruise on his nonexistent stomach and poked it. Yeah, he tended to poke bruises. "Ow! That hurt!" he laughed, and poked it again. He was an odd person, he knew it.

Gavin gave a sort of awkward laugh as he watched Will do this. "Your so wierd. That looks like it hurts, why would you touch it?" He shook his head slightly, still laughing. He was mostly only teasing a little like this to avoid thinking about the fact that he sort of liked what he saw under Will's shirt, besides the bruise. After all, he didn't like guys. And Will probably didn't either, not that it would matter if he did because Gavin obviously didn't. He didn't like guys at all, expecially not this guy. He found himself mumbling a little bit to himself and shaking his head, before realizing that he had said "yeah, of course I don't." out loud. He immediately felt his face get hot as he blushed. Talking to yourself is, after all, not one of the best ways to make a good impression on someone. Not that he wanted to make a good impression.

"I'm not touching it," he said carefully. "I'm poking it. Simply because poking is incredibly fun!" he said as though it was the most obvious thing world. He poked it again, laughing once more before patting his shirt down again. His headache was definitely getting much better, because he was getting back to his usual hyper and lovable self. Will looked over at Gavin, and he seemed to be talking to himself. Well, mumbling to himself. Will was afraid at this point that he might have actually made friends with a crazy person. But, he hadn't pegged Gavin as one of those, quite yet. Will scratched his head and looked at him oddly as he blushed. "Of course you dont...what?" he said, shaking his head slightly. He wasn't quite sure what Gavin was thinking at that moment. Well, he couldn't unless he had the ability to read minds. Which he didn't.

Gavin his his face in his hands, burning with embarrassment. "Oh god I promise I really don't normally talk to myself." He said, half speaking and half groaning. "I'm sorry. Just like... forget I said anything, okay?" He didn't know why he was so embarrassed. All he'd done was talk to himself in front of a guy he met at the bar. But of course, he had been talking to himself about that fact that he wasn't attracted to said guy he met at the bar. Not that William knew that, luckily Gavin hadn't spoken all of his thoughts out loud. Still, it was embarrassing, even more so because that corner of his mind was speaking up again, and telling him 'your just embarrassed because you like him and don't want to ruin things.' He denied it again, but this time was smart enough to argue with himself in his head, rather than out loud.

Will just smiled at him lightly, shaking his head gently. OK, so at least Gavin wasn't completely crazy. Maybe a little, but not completely. He continued to shake is head, looking at the boy. For some reason he seemed to be quite flustered. Will hadn't seen him flustered yet, even in the short time he'd known him. He out a hand on his arm softly, looking at him. "You OK?" he asked. Now it was his turn to see if the other person was OK, even if this was slightly humorous. He'd already admitted to himself that he liked Gavin That was just the way he was. He liked guys, and Gavin was cute and sweet. But, he had no chance with him anyway, so being friends with him was just fine.

Gavin looked down at the hand on his arm and said nothing for a moment. The fact was, the second Will touched him, it was like a sort of jolt went through him. He pulled his arm away, using an imaginary itch on his face as an excuse, and hoped Will hadn't noticed the fact that his arms were now covered in goosebumps. He himself didn't even really know what had caused them. "Yeah. Yeah I'm fine." He replied, still sounding sort of flustered. God, what the heck was wrong with him? Firstly, he had just met someone and was already a complete mess over them. Second, it was a GUY he was a mess over. And that really didn't sit well with him.

Will suddenly felt Gavin's arm move it's position from under his hand. he looked down and Gavin seemed to be nursing and itch on his arm. But, he'd moved it so quickly that Will was somewhat confused. Did he repulse him or something? Was Gavin afraid of human contact? It was a definite no to the latter one. He'd basically carried Will back to his place, so that wouldn't make sense. Maybe he really did have a sudden itch there, but Will didn't think so. Will scratched the back of his head once more before looking around Gavin's room. Why had things gotten so awkward all of a sudden? Gavin had been perfectly fine just a little bit ago, but now he was freaking out, and Will had no idea why. "Alright," Will said dubiously, looking at him with raised eye brows. Hah, Gavin was cute when he was flustered. But, Will still really wanted to know what the reason was for it.

Gavin shut his eyes a moment and tried to steady himself. After a few deep breaths, he figured he had calmed down enough and opened them, flashing a sort of forced smile. "So um... hey is there anywhere to go eat around here? We could eat something and I could meet some more people. You know, girls maybe." He said quickly. Girls seemed the perfect solution to him. If he got himself a girl to hook up with, all thoughts of William were bound to vanish! He ignored the little nagging voice that told him otherwise. "I mean, maybe we can pick up some together. Good looking guy like you, they must be flocking to you. Unless you've got a girlfriend." He immediately regretted calling him good looking. It basically cemented his idea that Will was attractive in his head. His girlfriend question somehow held both hope that he would have one, and hope that he wouldn't. Gavin obviously didn't know Will was gay, and though the little voice hoped he was single,t he rest of him knew that if he had a girlfriend, it would help dispel those bad thoughts.

Gavin was talking unusually fast and jumpy. Sure, there were plenty of places around, and Will knew that Gavin wasn't into guys, but even so, he'd lost a little bit of hope. He kept building it up and it kept getting knocked back down. He wasn't going to find a guy in this town. At least, not soon. Because, it seemed that there really weren't that many gay or bi guys in Sunnyside. It wasn't quite big enough, or diverse enough. Will couldn't help but smile a little when Gavin had said he was good looking, but quickly bit his lip to hold it back. Well, if Gavin wanted to go out and get girls, Will would go with him. But, he figured that it was probably best if he went ahead and told Gavin. He really hoped it wouldn't make things weird between them. He didn't' want that. He thought he had a friend in Gavin, and hopefully he still would once he told him. Will looked down, his hand on the back of his neck. "Well, you see..." he began, before taking a deep breath. "I don't... I don't like girls." He kept his eyes toward the ground, just so there wouldn't be any more awkwardness than there had to be.

"Oh... so your... oh..." Gavin said slowly. Even as he spoke though, his little nagging voice became a triumphant roar. It was as if his mind was screaming at him 'Make a move make a move!'. He certainly wasn't about to listen. "Well um... that's okay. I mean like... I'm cool with that." The scream in his head was now urging him to that he was more than cool with it, and he shut his eyes to take a few more deep breaths. When he opened them again, he glanced at William. If Gavin wanted him, he probably could have him. After all, how could Will resist his charms? He knew he was a good looking guy. He'd gone through so many women in his life, one thing he had learned was that he was very attractive, and that he knew how to get what he wanted. Still, that was always with girls. In this case? He didn't know what he wanted, and he wasn't sure he knew how to go about getting what he wanted even if he knew.

Will forced a smile and nodded, glancing up at Gavin and then back to the floor. He wasn't totally convinced that Gavin was completely OK with it, but at least he hadn't acted repulsed yet. Will had gotten that too many times, he just didn't want another person he thought to be a friend to leave just because he had different sexual preferences than them. He was sick of it, people were so judgmental. It wasn't like he chose to be that way, but he really didn't care. People could think what they wanted about him, that was their own deal. They didn't have to say it to him. It was just making them look like a bigger ass than they already were. So, Will was at least somewhat relieved that Gavin had taken it at least remotely well. Even if there was that awkward silence between them. Will leaned over, his head in his hands, his elbows on his knees. He sighed and sat back up. "So... you still want to go out and... find girls?" he asked, not quite sure how to go about that. "At least, you know, you?" Will, by this time, had completely lost any hope of getting Gavin, so he figured he might as well be a good friend.
