Normally this would have struck Gavin as amusing, but possibly because William was so thin, or because the full extent of the alcohol had come on so quickly, it worried him instead. "Hey ummm Will?" He said, after a pause to remember his new friend's name. "How are you feeling?" He questioned. Worry had sobered him up a little, but he knew that he still wasn't really the best person for the job of dealing with someone this drunk. He was just too drunk himself. Nonetheless, he figured he was the only one who could do it. So he determined to think as straight as he could, and make his muddled brain focus. He waited for William to answer, deciding to see how capable he was of speaking and understanding, and to go from there.

After he'd eaten near half the bowl, he wasn't feeling too great. It wasn't a very big bowl, but it was an odd switch between that amount of alcohol to a lot of pretzels. He wasn't really sure if they were pretzels anymore. Hah, that was a weird thought. What could they have possibly turned into? Obviously they were still pretzels. But, had they even been pretzels in the first place? Yes, of course they had been! Right? He shook his head quickly, but that just made him dizzier. He was pretty sure he heard his name, but speaking had become blurry as well. He'd never been this drunk before. Or, if he had, he had eaten something previous to it. Will looked around to see where the nearest voice was coming from, and it seemed to be the guy right in front of him. Will gave him a drunken smile, his eyes half closed as he swayed dangerously on the seat. "Choo say something?" he asked, trying to focus his eyes on the male. Or at least he thought it was a male. At this point, anything could be anything.

Gavin gave a sigh. Obviously William was well beyond just drunk, and he had a feeling the alcohal hadn't even fully absorbed into his system yet. The poor guy was bound to be puking his guts out pretty soon. "Can you tell me where you live?" He questioned, somehow doubting that He would get a sensical answer. If he couldn't get one, he would just have to bring him home with him and let him crash there. He wasn't just going to leave him at the bar in the state he was in. He turned to the bartender and tolled him to give him both of their bills, figuring that William wasn't particularly in a state to pay for himself either.

The room was spinning more and more, the lights were getting dimmer and brighter. William looked up at those lights, somewhat confused as to why they were blinking. He tilted his head, but they kept getting dim, then bright once more. He gave up and looked down when he heard the voice once more. But, it wasn't really a voice. It seemed like a dull roar coming from outside a bubble. Like he was in a giant bubble and everything around him was muffled. It hurt his ears and his head. he closed his eyes and shook his head, before placing his hands over either ear. "No, no!" he said loudly, shaking his head, still. Why couldn't he understand anything? It was actually very frustrating.

Gavin gave another heavy sigh and paid both bills, just thankful he had brought enough. With that he got up, glad that he hadn't allowed himself to get drunk enough to really lose his sens of balance, and also glad that his house was within pretty easy walking distance. "Come on bud, we're getting you out of here." He informed Will, taking his arm and putting it around his own shoulder so that Will could at least try to walk for himself, but he would still be heavily supported. Gavin held his arm in place around him with one hand, and put his other arm around William's waist, before hoisting him off the stool and bracing himself to hold him up when he inevitably stumbled.

Will wasn't positive, or completely aware at all what was going on, but he knew that he couldn't sit there for much longer with out going crazy. He wasn't exactly sure how he was aware that he was sitting, but the fact that he wasn't face down on the ground yet kind of proved that either he had to be sitting, or leaning on something. He heard the familiar roar one last time before he felt something go around his shoulder and around his waist. Before he knew what was happening, he was lifted off the seat, and was leaning against something quiet supportive. His legs felt similar to jello, and when he tried to take a step, he gently ran into the figure that was keeping him upright. "Whoops," he said, befuddled. There was something definitely wrong with his stomach at the moment, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what it could be. He didn't have enough depth perception at the moment to even think about it.

Gavin could tell immediately that William had pretty much no control over his legs at the moment. Although he had been expecting that, he had hoped that he wouldn't have to completely drag him. Shaking his head slightly, he headed out of the bar, still fully supporting William around the waist and holding him up by the arm. Once out in the fresh air, he took several deep breaths, hoping this would make Will's head a little clearer too, then started to half carry him in the direction of his house.

William could feel himself moving, but wasn't aware of exactly how. Sure, he still had that wait around his shoulder ad waist, but was it the cause for his movement? Well, it had to be, considering he wasn't moving. Even if he attempted to. though, somehow, eventually, he felt something cool on his face. And was fresher and clearer than the environment he just left, and for some reason he could, even if the only light was some unknown dim glow up above. Though he could see clearer, that feeling in his stomach had only gotten worse. Oh no, he knew what was coming. "Oh God," he managed out. That sickening taste was building up in the back of his throat. He blindly put his hand to his mouth, but knew the chunks were about to blow.

Recognizing that Will was about to vomit, Gavin speedily got him over to the nearest bushes and lowered him onto his knees. Being closer to the ground and propped in a sort of kneeling position allowed for Gavin to both continue to hold him up, and get himself out of the line of fire. Holding his arm to keep him from falling on his face, he used his free hand to pull William's relatively long hair out of his face. He knew from experience that having vomit in your hair, even if the vomit is mostly pure alcohol and barely digested pretzels, was not fun, and was always pretty darn gross. "Just get it out." He told him, despite the fact that he had a feeling William hadn't understood a thing he had said for quite a bit of time.

Will was remotely aware of being lowered to his knees beside something scratchy and green. Oooh, he could tell apart colors now, that was a good thing. But, he still felt sicker than he thought he ever would, and that dizzy sensation still hadn't come anywhere close to leaving. Will felt the vomit fill his mouth, and before he knew it, he was emptying the contents of his stomach. God, he knew he needed to eat more, but he hated to. The only thing that came out of his barf was a liquidy substance with tiny pieces of mushed up pretzel in it, considering those were the only things he'd consumed in the past two days. Will vomited once more, and felt pretty sure that there was nothing left inside of him now. His eyes began to close, due to the pounding that was filling his head. He breathed deeply, but felt like he was about to keel over. In fact, he was pretty sure that he was going to right there. His entire body felt weak.

Sensing that he was on the verge of blacking out, Gavin swore. "Will, no do NOT pass out." He ordered, despite the fact that he knew ordering him not to do so would do absolutely nothing. "Come on don't pass out." He shook him gently, as if attempting to get him back to reality, but he knew that would probably fail. He also knew he would now probably be carrying his new friend all the way home, rather than just half dragging him like before. Though it wasn't very high on his list of things he would have liked to do with his night, he did realized that despite his height, William was also very skinny, and therefore light. Carrying him really wouldn't take that much effort.

He vaguely heard the sound a a voice, nearer and nearer to him, but it was still so blurred that he couldn't make out a word in the mess of it. It just confused him even more, though he could tell by the tone of the voice that the person of whom was shaking him was pleading. He was asking him not to do something. But what? It hurt his head far too much. All he wanted now was sleep, to get rid of the drones he was hearing, and the ever changing lights around him. But, what he was falling into wasn't sleep. It was basically darkness. Soon Will had completely lost consciousness, hanging limply from where Gavin had a hold of him.

Gavin let out a heavy sigh when Will went limp. "Fine. Guess I'm carrying you then bud." He remarked, before getting to his feet and supporting him the same way he had before. It would probably have been easier on him to actually pick him up, but with Will's gangly limbs, that struck him as too difficult so he just settled with sort of dragging him towards his house.
