William needed a drink, and he needed on bad. It had been a few days and he'd been completely sober, but he couldn't take it any longer. It wasn't like it helped him any, truly, but he was simply urging for that taste of alcohol on his lips. And, for him, getting drunk wasn't all that bad. He was a generally happy person, and the alcohol just made him more so, and even friendlier. He liked being friendly, and the alcohol just helped with that. But, recently, Will had been a little bit down. He fooled most everyone with his very happy demeanor, but he was tearing at things inside. Not many new that he was gay, and for some reason, he didn't particularly want to get it out there. Although, he'd been waiting a long time since his last boyfriend for a new boy to come along, but so far, no luck. Maybe if he tried harder. But, he didn't know if he was ready for a new relationship, although, he also felt like he needed one. It was a messed up system, and he wished he could get his thoughts in order. Love was something he kind of needed at the moment. Or alcohol.
Will easily got into the club, due to his height. No one had ever questioned whether he was 21 or not, they all just figured that he must be. That was a definite plus for this place. But, it also was bad because there was nothing keeping him from drinking. Will sighed, as he sat at the bar. His skinny legs were long enough that his pointy boot adorned feet could easily reach the ground. Will wet for simple that night. Long, skinny jeans with the ever present bandanna tied around his knee, a tight, brown vneck t shirt, and a slender leather jacket. He felt approachable enough, but so far, by only the girls. Gah, he hated boobs. There was nothing he liked about them, they sort of disgusted him. But, that would make sense. As Will finished off his second beer and asked for a third, he wondered when something that was truly good was going to take place in his life.

Gavin meanwhile, had already taken up his place in the bar several hours before William had even arrived. Due to this, he was well ahead of him in terms of alcohol consumption, having already downed several shots of vodka and chased them down with just as many beers. It was only his second night in town, and he had already discovered the easiest bar to get into. It helped that he looked older than he was, but he was willing to bet that he would have gotten in even if he did look the seventeen that he was. Though alcohol had been his first priority, now that that had been dealt with, he moved onto his second priority: meeting people.
Being a fan of drinking and partying, Gavin had decided that the best place to look for people that could he could at least hang around with, even if they weren't his friends, was the bar. Now that he was sufficiently drunk, his somewhat fuzzy eyes scanned the bar, and fell on a tall, skinny fellow sitting by himself a little ways away. Judging by the speed with which he downed the beer before him, Gavin decided that he was prime material for a drinking buddy. He got up from his stool and walked right on over, before seating himself directly next to the boy. He promptly ordered himself both another shot of vodka and another beer, then turned to the guy. "Names Gavin, who are you?" Perhaps not the smoothest way to begin a conversation, but he was already a bit inebriated, so that was understandable.

Will was halfway though the third beer when he felt a presence sit down at his side. Either he was going to be spoken to, or ignored by the person who decided to take the place, but Will felt it was best to see who it was anyway. He could already tell from his peripheral vision that it was a guy. Just, buy the shape and height. Unless of course, it was a very oddly proportioned woman. But, that might yet still make for an interesting conversation. Though, when Will finally made his body turn to the right, the figure was speaking to him. Will couldn't help but smile. This guys hair was fantastic, and not to mention the amazing facial piercings. He pretty much liked this guy already. Not in THAT sense, but he could tell that he was already and interesting enough person. That just happened to be kind of cute, but in an odd sort of way. Will smiled at him, but then remembered that it was a bar, and being over friendly wasn't always the best idea. He let his smile fade a little, before answering,"Will. Good to meet you," he said, nodding a bit before downing the rest of his beer.

The bartender set both drinks in front of Gavin and he downed the shot of whiskey before following it with a gulp of beer that emptied half of the glass. He shut his eyes for a moment, just enjoying the slight burning feeling left over from the whiskey, then opened them again. He turned back to William, now taking smaller drinks of his beer. "Cool." He said with a slight nod in the boys direction, before finishing his beer. He frowned at the empty glass, as though not quite able to comprehend why it was no longer full. After a moment, he shrugged. "I need a refill, do you need a refill?" He questioned. His words slurred a tiny bit at one point, but otherwise he was understandable. He wasn't even entirely sure why he was offering, other than the fact that it struck him as a good idea somewhere in his already pretty muddled brain.

William watched him curiously as he quickly downed the whiskey. By this point in time, Will was getting slightly tipsy. Considering the fact that his body was so long, it took a little bit for him to get drunk. As Gavin frowned at his now empty glass, and then asked him if he needed a refill in a very slurred voice, Will couldn't help but laugh. And, it wasn't really a natural laugh. It was a quite, alcohol induced, high pitch laugh. And the laugh just made him laugh harder. He tended to be quite on when he got on the verge of drunk. And then suddenly he stopped and looked at his own empty glass. "Actually, yes I do," he said, just realizing it. He shrugged. He was surprised at how fast three beers had gone by.

Gavin looked at him for a moment before bursting into hysterics himself. He couldn't help it. A. He was heading toward extremely drunk. B. That laugh was one of the oddest things he had heard in his entire life. "You have the stupidest fucking laugh I think I've ever heard." He teased, still laughing hard himself. "I love it!" He managed, barely, to stay seated on the stool and not fall off, and through his laughter he ordered two more beers. "Seriously you sound like a twelve year old girl." Still giggling, he picked up one of the beers that had been set in front of them and held it up. "How bout a toast to girly laughs?" He questioned, finally managing to quiet his laughs by the end of this suggestion. He still had an extremely amused looking grin on his face.

Will had never truly realized how stupid his laugh did sound, but the fact that Gavin nearly fell off the bar stool laughing at him proved it to be funnier than he thought it could ever be. Of course, most of that had to be due to the fact that he was more than a little bit drunk. That much was obvious. "Oh, well thank you," Will told him sarcastically, pretending to act hurt by the comment, but couldn't seem to keep a stupid smile off his face. "But, a twelve year old girl? Why?" he asked shaking his head, trying not to laugh this time. Hey, it kind of hurts when you realize how high pitched your laugh is. Will rolled his eyes with a smirk, but held his glass up all the same. "Ah, hell, I'll drink to that," he said, hitting his glass against Gavin's, though making some of it spill onto the floor. "Whoopsie daisies," Will said before cracking up again. He'd always found that particular expression quiet funny.

At Will's use of the term 'whoopsie daisy', Gavin was gone once again, pausing in his laughter only long enough to down a gulp of his beer. He put it down and managed to swallow, still laughing very hard. "Whoopsie daisy? Who the fuck says whoopsie daisy?" He questioned, cracking up so hard that he barely managed to get the words out. Normally he wouldn't have found this phrase quite as funny, but at the moment? It was just about the most hilarious thing anyone had ever said. He took another gulp of beer, but managed to have another laughing fit in the middle of this. The result? He snorted beer out of his nose and laughed through the bout of coughs that ensued.

"Hey, a lot of people," said Will defensively, although he knew it wasn't really true. Only 5 year olds and women who's children are 5 years old. William was probably the only one his age that would use it. But, of course, he was overly tipsy. Gavin's laugh wasn't nearly as funny as his, due to the fact that it actually suited him, and has at least some masculinity in it. Will, well, he didn't quite have that. But, he definitely wasn't that masculine of a person in the first place. Will drank the rest of the beer quickly, already feeling the affects. He was trying his hardest not to laugh at his own stupidity, but that was impossible as soon as the beer that shot out of Gavin's nose. "Oh shit," Will said, it was shaky because he had begun to laugh. He tried to cover his mouth, but the high pitched laugh proceeded once more, and this time, it didn't want to stop. He put his head in his hands as Gavin coughed, the the laughing persisted.

"Owwww..." He managed to say through the laughs. It's never fun to get liquid up your nose, and even less so when that liquid is carbonated after all. Once he had manged to stop coughing, he pouted down at the beer that had started in his mouth, and had now splashed onto the bar. Far from dwelling over the pain in his nose, what he said about it was "God damn, what a waste of perfectly good beer." He sighed with a slight pout, obviously never one to waste alcohol, and downed the rest of the beer, as if to make himself feel better about the loss of the first mouthfull. "I mean really, that could be in my stomache right now, but it's just making a mess instead." Staring at the beer, he resisted the urge to just lick it off the bar. That would be disgusting for one, and he was sober enough to know that. Just because his drunk self wanted it that badly, didn't mean the small sober bit left did. Instead he ordered another beer and, seeing that William was done too, made it two.

Will managed to calm his hysterics down to a simple giggle that couldn't be heard very well over the loud chatter held in her bar at that moment. Hi earlier life was unusually loud, but his giggle, not so much. He didn't want to mention the fact that his pout was cute, because he figured that would just make things weird. No matter how little sense they had at the moment. In fact, Will was surprised that he had enough sense to think about saying it. But, he wasn't quite as wasted as Gavin. But, even if he was skinny, he didn't have much meat on him. Or really any at all, so nothing was stopping the alcohol from getting to him sooner. Will glanced from Gavin to the beer on the bar back to Gavin. He raised an eyebrow, smirking slightly."You weren't gonna lick it, were you?" he asked dubiously. That would have been disgusting, but funny. He nodded his thanks for the beer, this time taking slower sips.

"No!" Gavin denied, glad that it was dark enough that his blush at being caught in those gross thoughts wouldn't be seen. It wasn't like a blush was easy to see on him anyway, but still. "Of course I wasn't gonna lick it! God!" The fact that he was denying it so vehemently of course, gave away that he had, in fact, been considering it. Realizing that William might notice this, he immediately decided to change the subject as he sipped his new beer. This one he too decided to take a little slower. He glanced at him. Was it just him or was that smirk he had earned for the obvious gross thought of licking the table sort of cute... wait. what the fuck? Shaking his head vigorously, he pushed his beer over to William. "I don't think I want anymore. You can have it." He said quickly.

The smirk stayed on William's face. He knew that Gavin was being very defensive about this subject, made it all the more incontrovertible. I mean, no one wants to waste a perfectly good beer, right? Will could understand that. But, consuming it from a bar that had god knows how many pairs of hands had touched it each day, well, that was just a little bit excessive. "You were thinking about it," Will said, his smile growing more confident. It wasn't doubtful that he was pondering it, but at least he hadn't. Will gave a small chuckle as he finished off his fourth beer. He put the glass down and looked at Gavin suspiciously. Well, the two Gavin's, because at the moment, his vision was quite impaired. "What?" he slurred. Why was he handing over his beer. Will shrugged and finished it off as well. God, he was dizzy. Drinking that much without eating for 36 hours is probably one of the stupidest things you could ever do. He definitely wasn't going to be standing anytime soon. At least, he hoped he would be, because he would be going down.

Even in Gavin's screwy mind, he was able to detect that William really wasn't quite right. He was getting much drunker very fast. Apparently all that beer he had downed was catching up. He was obviously worse than Gavin himself was. "Hey, maybe you should eat something bready." He said, thinking to get something into the guys stomache and hopefully slow it down a little. He looked at the bar and saw both peanuts and pretzels. Pretzels struck him as more bread like, so he grabbed the bowl and set it down in front of his new found friend. "You should eat some..." He suggested gently, knowing that drunk people often didn't like being ordered to do things.

"Bready?" William asked, confusion and hysterics obvious in his voice. At the moment, that was a very, very funny word. No, it wouldn't be had he only been tipsy, but he was flat our drunk. "Bready," he said again, this time giggling a loud giggle about it. He wasn't exactly sure what Gavin had said to him, but there was suddenly a basket of pretzels on the table in front of him. Food, thank god. Had he been his his right mind, he wouldn't be eating them. He would 't be eating anything. But, if he were in his right mind, he wouldn't be in the situation to begin with. Gavin had said something about eating, and Will easily obliged, attempting to stuff his mouth full, but accidentally missing, the pretzels dropped to the ground behind. "Shit," he laughed, before picking a single pretzel up, carefully sticking it into his mouth and chewing. So delicious. He stuck another one and another one and another one into his mouth. He didn't know when something so simple had ever tasted so good.
