Emotion sort of dragged Mitch by one arm as he went to find them some food. For some reason he found himself feeling completely starved at this very moment. It was with a little bit of a sigh that he finally decided on where it was they would go. Actually, the hardest part about chosing ended up being what he was in the mood for. Eventually he decided that chicken would be on the menu today and what better place the the place he liked to call the chicken place? Nowhere, that's where. Anyway, once he figured that part out, he walked inside and they were soon being seated and his eyes were grazing over the menu.
The one thing that he seemed to hate about this type of a thing was all the decisions that he was going to have to end up making. It was with a small sigh that he picked his way through the menu. It wasn't long until he decided on what drink he would get, but that was the easier part, drinks were always easy. It was the food that gave him a problem. All of it just sounded like i twas really good and some things he knew he wouldn't like either. Pouting he lifed his head up to see if his friend seemed to be having decided on what it was he wanted to get.
"Mitch?" he asked with a slight whine as he looked at the other male. "Do you know what you're getting?" he asked running a hand through his hair and cocking his head to the side a little bit as he glanced at his menu. By now he'd gotten it to be between two of the choices on the menu so he'd probably end up chosing after finding out what the other wanted. Of course he decided that he would end up picking off of his friend's plate, so he'd get something completely different so that there was some sort of a variety on the table.

To say the least, Mitchel didn't so much mind just being dragged wherever the other boy was going to end up taking them. He wasn't exactly picky when it came to food. Then again, he wasn't really picky with many things. He'd learned throughout his life that he just had to take the things that he got and live with them. He didn't take things for granted all that often because, well, he appreciated most things. Because had he still been living in the trailer park or with the circus, he wouldn't have gotten to do the things he did. And when it came to eating out, Mitchel was just like, "alright, whatever is fine." It wasn't like he was a garbage can or anything, he didn't eat all that much. But, well, yeah. He just didn't care what he ate.
So, when Emotion had decided on going to St Hubert, Mitchel was all for it. He'd just nodded his head and followed the boy into the restaurant. When they were seated, Mitchel picked up the menu and began looking over it. For him, picking food wasn't all that big of a decision, to be honest. He knew what he liked and what he didn't like, so he just chose what he wanted to eat from there. It was what any sane person would do. Or, maybe it was just because Mitchel felt safer ordering food that he knew he would like than trying to experiment with whatever else it was that he could try. If you could get him to try half the stuff, that is.
At the sound of his name, Mitchel looked up at the boy across from him. He smiled slightly, trying not to laugh at the other. "Yeah, actually, I do," Mitchel said, raising an eyebrow. "Chicken quesidilla." He nodded his head a little bit. Okay, well, that might be lame, but you know what?! Quesidillas rock your socks and you so know it. So don't even try to hide it because you know it's true! "Are you having trouble or something?" he asked. Well, indecisive-ness, I don't think that's a word, but whatever, wasn't a bad thing. But, it was funny to be around sometimes. That much is for sure!

Emotion nodded a little bit as he kept looking over the menu. He was beginning to get a really good idea of what he wanted to eat by this point. He ran a hand up and through his hair for a short moment. He ruffled his locks a little bit before Mitch finally seemed to answer his question, though it wasn't like it took all that long. "No, I'm not that stumped," he explained. "I just want to know what you're getting so I can get something different then just try yours," he said looking at the menu again for a moment. "I'm going to get this chicken wrap," he said pointing to it on the menu even though he wasn't completely sure if Mitch would be able to see what he was pointing to or not.
Smiling he lifted his head up and looked at the other. "And it comes with fries which makes me want to dance a little bit." The best part about that statement was the fact that there really was a good chance of Emotion bouncing out of his chair and dancing by the time that the food actually arrived. For some reason or another he really loved to eat fries and was always so happy whenever they came free as part of a meal. "They sound really amazing," he added leaning back on his chair and looking around a little bit.
After a moment the waiter came by to take their orders. Emotion placed his making sure to say exactly what he wanted, though it was pretty much what the menu said minus the onions since he found them to be a little bit too strong for his liking. Then he looked at Mitch waiting for him to place his order. He really did like being with Mitch. Things were easier that way. It seemed as though he really never complained about what they did, just whether or not Emotion woke him up too early or something like that.

Michel looked at the other boy and bit his lower lip a bit. "I wasn't really saying that you were... It was just a question," Mitchel stated, his voice dropping a little bit. That happened sometimes. In all honesty, sometimes he was worried that he would upset the other boy and that he wuold walk away and never speak to him again. He didn't know why, because, well, he knew Emotion would never do that. But, really, you never know. It's really weird, that's for sure. But, sometimes people just can't help but to be a little bit paranoid when it came to these types of things. So, who really knew, right?
"That's...fun." Mitchel wasn't exactly sure how to reply to that. He seemed to be a little bit too excited over french fries. Well, french fries were good and all, but, well. Who could really say, right? Mitchel laughed a little bit, shaking his head. "Well, I suppose if you like them that much, then they just might sound amazing. He really couldn't help but laugh at the other boy. Because, he was a weird kid. And that was why Mitchel like him so much. He was weird and made him feel better about himself. No, I'm just kidding. It's because he was so fun to be with and Mitchel could just be himself around him. No strings attatched, kind of.
When the waiter came and took their orders, Mitchel waited quietly for Emotion to tell him his and then Mitchel told him what he wanted. He looked down at the table for a moment, tapping his fingers over it gently then looking up at Emotion with a little bit of a smile. "So," Mitchel said, moving his lips to the side of his face. It was almost like he was thinking or something. Which, he was, because that's why he'd said so. And, there had to be more to say than just "so", right?! God help them if there wasn't something else that they could say. Because, that would be quite boring. "Met any other interesting people lately?" Mitchel asked. They spent a lot of time together, yeah. But, not all their time! So, he'd probably met another person, right? That would be nice.

Emotion grinned a little bit as he started to suck on his drink a little bit and leaned back as he looked at the other male and thought. "Yep, though I haven't met many people," he explained thinking for a moment. "There was this adorable kid at the mall the other day," he said with a small shrug. "Otherwise I've been all alone," he sighed before shrugging a little bit. "But I'm fine with that since I have you around to chill with whenever I want to. Unless you found more people to hang out with and are going to leave me," he added pouting a little bit as he watched him for a moment. After that he shook his head. "No, you wouldn't do that to me," he said as he watched him hoping it was true of course. Mitch was his best friend and if he started to hang out with other people, well he'd end up getting rather upset with the male and possibly locking himself in his room just to end up suffocating under huge piles of baked goods, since he'd always be baking.
He wiggled in his chair a little bit. "You wouldn't right?" he asked just to make sure that he was indeed right about what it was he had asked. That was just how he was at times. He started to stir the drink around a little bit just out of random habit. After sucking some soda into the straw, using his finger, he put the tip to his mouth and released the liquid to be between his lips. "Like, we're always going to be best friends, right?" he asked looking up at the male for a moment with sincerity in his eyes to show that he really did want to know and he wasn't just being well, stupid, or something like that.
