School, ew! So, what person in their right mind got excited for school? It was just ridiculous! Trinity knew that if she had the choice, she wouldn't be in school at that very moment. And, she could have just skipped out on it. But, her older brother had pretty much insisted that she finish school. It was sort of pointless, perhaps. But, in another sense, it really wasn't all that pointless. Because, you need an education from high school to be able to get a good job. And well, what can be said? She did want to get a job. But, Trinity really wasn't bothered to go to school. You might find it funny that she did anyways. What kind of person was going to ditch school to hang out alone? If you wanted to skip, you may as well have a good place to be and someone important to be with. Because, it's just boring if you're alone. And everyone, that's right, everyone needs someone to talk to once in a while. And that's where friends come in handy. Yes sirry, they are quite handy.
You see, no one wants to be known as the loser kid that hangs out alone. And it wasn't like Trinity didn't have any friends that she could skip class with. Well, alright. She didn't have many. And at the moment there weren't very many people that she would actually go up to and say, "hey, let's skip class, okay?" No; that wasn't going to happen. And honest, she really did want someone to be proud of her. Because, well, Trinity honestly wasn't going to go about congratulating herself for whatever it is that she might achieve. If she could even pay attention in class, that would be great. But, well. She didn't really see herself being able to concentrate much on things like "school work", in the near future.
So, when you don't feel like sitting around with a bunch of people that you just might not want to see at that moment, or if you're just kind of avoiding everyone that you do know, it's probably best to stay away from places where you might end up seeing these people. And that was exactly what Trinity had in mind. She was going to try and stay away from the people that she did know. Because, sometimes a change was a good thing. She was fourteen, and well, a freshman, obviously. But, it wasn't like she wanted to be told what she had to do, who she had to be seen with, and when she wanted to do these things. It just wasn't something on the top of her "things to do" list; that's assuming the list even exists. And I'm pretty much certain that it honestly doesn't. Because, what kind of teenager is going to have a to do list?! It's just unnatural. Although, in the entire population of students, there might just be one. But, honest? Who really gives a shit? It's just school!
It's not a hard task, avoiding people. When you know that they go to the exact same place, every day, you just keep away from that place. And since most people at the school ended up going to the cafeteria, well, she would just stay away from there. And that was her plan as she staggered away from her class before lunch. She just wasn't going to be going there. It was a simple enough task. Trinity figured she could just slip out of the class and get to her locker unseen. That way no one would know that she was even at school. Because, she'd tried her best to keep a little bit of a low profile. Just for the day, at least. A little bit of a change for one day wasn't going to do anything, right? It wasn't like her not showing up in the cafeteria was going to make a HUGE impact on anyone's life. And it shouldn't, because it's nothing that big.
Jump to Trinity standing at her locker. She just sort of stood behind a crowd of people, waiting for everyone to go to the cafeteria. It wasn't that hard of a task, to be honest with you. She just stood there, keeping a low profile. And then, when everyone had seemed to go to their little groups and head off to the cafeteria, she shut her locker. She didn't normally eat much for a lunch, so not eating wouldn't be that big of a deal. Besides, she wasn't going to walk around with food and she wasn't really planning on staying at her locker. Because, if someone were to go looking for her, not that anyone would want to, that would be the first place they'd look. Well, that and the bathrooms. And so, she wasn't really planning on staying there. So, she could do without her lunch. She'd just eat when she got home. It was that simple. And it wasn't like she was wasting the food or anything.
Wandering the halls was fun. Sure, the school wasn't something she wanted to really look at. Because, it was just a school, after all. So, she didn't really pay much attention to what was going on around her. Just that she was doing something out of the ordinary. And it was always good to get new habits, or to just take a break from everything that you usually have to do. It's just easier that way. No one wants to just be there, doing the same thing every day. It would get boring. Like, so boring that it would be worthy of working a capital B. Then again, just walking was a little bit boring. And it was better to talk to people, right? Hm. Well, how could she fix this simple little problem? Trinity stopped suddenly in the middle of the hall. Which probably wasn't a good idea, because if someone was to not be expecting a person to just be standing there, well, you get where it's going right? And collisions consisting people, although not as bad as when two cars collide, certainly isn't a fun thing to experience. Because, it's possible for one person to get hurt. But, as I said, she wasn't paying attention to what was around her. So, it wouldn't even cross her mind.
